Commitment

Caribbean Hearts aims to provide an inclusive website for eligible adults aged 18 and older. We work toward keyboard access, visible focus, clear labels, sufficient contrast, responsive zoom and reflow, descriptive alternatives for informative images, and understandable form instructions and errors. This statement does not claim WCAG 2.2 AA or EN 301 549 conformance.

Current website scope

The current service is a website. Native-app reboot instructions, mobile-app gestures, operating-system animation controls, narrated descriptions, formal staff-training claims, regular-testing-history claims, display themes, and broad screen-reader compatibility claims are not made because the present evidence does not establish them.

Evaluation limits

Automated checks and manual keyboard, zoom, reflow, focus, label, heading, landmark, and form reviews are used to identify barriers. Automated results cover only a subset of accessibility requirements and do not constitute certification. Additional assistive-technology and user testing remain appropriate.
