Member controls

• Update profile information and visibility through Profile and Account Settings.
• Control supported product and message-notification emails through Account Settings.
• Download a current account-data export through Account Settings.
• Schedule account deletion after password confirmation and cancel during the 14-day grace period.
• Block members and submit safety, support, copyright, accessibility, privacy, or account-action appeal requests.

Privacy requests

Use the secure support form in Account Settings and select Privacy request. Describe the right you want to exercise and the account involved. Caribbean Hearts may request information reasonably necessary to authenticate the requester and locate the account. Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, or unnecessary identity documents.

Sale sharing and optional tracking

Caribbean Hearts does not currently use Google Analytics, advertising tracking, affiliate tracking, or cross-context behavioral advertising and does not currently sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by applicable California law. Because those practices are not active, the site does not present a Do Not Sell or Share toggle. The policy and controls must be reassessed before any such processing is introduced.

Global Privacy Control

Global Privacy Control signals do not change current processing because the site does not currently conduct the sale, sharing, or targeted advertising that such a signal would opt out of. If that operating model changes, recognition and response handling must be implemented before activation.

The central business mailing address, support email, and support telephone are listed on Contact & Legal Notices. Do not send passwords, full card numbers, CVV/CVC, or unnecessary identity documents.
