Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Draft status

This policy is a working draft requiring counsel and payment-operations approval.

Membership and renewal

Premium is currently offered at the price displayed at checkout. Monthly subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. Checkout controls the authorized price and currency for the transaction.

Cancellation

Members may cancel through available subscription controls or Contact Support. Cancellation stops future renewal and ordinarily preserves paid access through the current billing period. The account page shows automatic-renewal status and cancellation instructions.

Refunds

Except where law requires otherwise or Caribbean Hearts expressly agrees, charges are non-refundable after a billing period begins. Duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, service failures, and legally required cooling-off rights will be reviewed promptly.

Account safety and deletion

Suspension or deletion does not automatically create a refund. A deletion request must address any active subscription to avoid unwanted renewal.

Payment provider

Stripe may process card payments and maintain payment records under its own terms and privacy practices.
