Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Membership and renewal

Where a paid membership is separately activated and offered, checkout displays the authorized price, currency, billing period, and renewal terms before purchase. A paid membership is not available merely because this policy anticipates one.

Digital service delivery

Membership provides access to digital platform features; Caribbean Hearts LLC does not ship physical goods. Paid access begins after successful checkout and subscription activation. The selected plan description identifies the included features, and membership does not guarantee another person's attention, response, contact, or any relationship outcome.

Promotions and discounts

When a promotion or discount is offered, its eligibility, price, and duration are displayed before payment. Unless the offer expressly states otherwise, the subscription renews at the standard price displayed for the selected plan and region after the promotional period. A promotion does not alter the cancellation or refund terms below unless its displayed terms expressly say so.

Cancellation

When a paid membership is active, members may cancel through available subscription controls or Contact Support. Cancellation stops future renewal and ordinarily preserves paid access through the current billing period unless applicable law or the checkout terms require a different result.

Refunds

Except where law requires otherwise or Caribbean Hearts expressly agrees, charges are non-refundable after a billing period begins. Duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, service failures, and legally required cooling-off rights will be reviewed promptly.

Members may request cancellation, a refund review, or help with a disputed charge through Contact Support. The Contact & Legal Notices page provides the support email, telephone number, and business mailing address.

Account safety and deletion

Suspension or deletion does not automatically create a refund. A deletion request must address any active subscription to avoid unwanted renewal.

Payment provider

Stripe may process card payments and maintain payment records under its own terms and privacy practices only when the separately governed payment capability is activated and used. Caribbean Hearts LLC does not store full card numbers or CVV/CVC handled by Stripe. Payment availability remains subject to Stripe review, supported countries, and applicable provider restrictions.
