Our commitment

We support a respectful, welcoming adult dating community. Safety controls, reporting, blocking, and support are available regardless of membership tier.

Prevention and response

We use member reports, blocking, access controls, 18+ self-attestation, email verification, Stripe Identity document-and-selfie age verification, audit records, rate limits, moderation tools, and proportionate evidence preservation. Caribbean Hearts does not conduct criminal-background checks or sex-offender-registry checks. Age verification confirms only adult eligibility; it does not establish a member's identity for every purpose, intentions, criminal history, conduct, or safety. Reports are reviewed based on severity, available evidence, repeated conduct, and immediate risk. Caribbean Hearts targets an initial review of submitted safety and policy reports within 48 hours. Urgent safety matters may be prioritized for faster review. Some investigations may require additional time depending on their complexity.

Enforcement

Available actions include education, warnings, feature restrictions, account restrictions, suspension, permanent removal, evidence preservation, and appropriate emergency escalation. Suspected human trafficking, sexual exploitation, abuse, recruitment, facilitation, coordination, or knowing enablement may result in immediate restriction, suspension, or permanent removal. Caribbean Hearts may preserve relevant information and cooperate with law enforcement or other appropriate authorities when required or permitted by applicable law. Decisions and reasons are recorded in an audit trail.

Emergency limitations

Caribbean Hearts is not an emergency service. Anyone in immediate danger should stop using the platform for assistance and contact the emergency authorities available in their location.

Fairness and privacy

Reports are handled as confidentially as practical. We do not promise absolute confidentiality, a specific outcome, or disclosure of sensitive details about another member. A member may request review of an account action through the secure support form. The request does not automatically restore access or suspend a safety restriction.
