Our commitment

We support a respectful, welcoming adult dating community. Safety controls, reporting, blocking, and support are available regardless of membership tier.

Prevention and response

We use member reports, access controls, audit records, rate limits, moderation tools, and proportionate evidence preservation. Reports are reviewed based on severity, available evidence, repeated conduct, and immediate risk.

Enforcement

Available actions include education, warnings, feature restrictions, account restrictions, suspension, permanent removal, evidence preservation, and appropriate emergency escalation. Decisions and reasons are recorded in an audit trail.

Emergency limitations

Caribbean Hearts is not an emergency service. Anyone in immediate danger should stop using the platform for assistance and contact the emergency authorities available in their location.

Fairness and privacy

Reports are handled as confidentially as practical. We do not promise a specific outcome or disclose sensitive details about another member. A final appeals and transparency process must be approved before launch.
