Caribbean Hearts accepts website copyright complaints through the process below. U.S. Copyright Office designated-agent registration is an external owner action and is not represented as complete.

Respect for rights

Members may upload only content they own or are authorized to use. Infringing content is prohibited.

Reporting

Use Copyright / DMCA in the categorized support form. A notice must provide the complainant's legal name, email and mailing address, identification of the protected work, identification and location of the allegedly infringing Caribbean Hearts material, a good-faith statement, a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and the complainant is authorized to act, and a physical or electronic signature. The system preserves submission evidence and routes the request as a copyright matter.

Review and counter-notice

We may remove or restrict content while reviewing a sufficiently detailed notice. Where applicable, the affected member may submit a counter-notice. We may act against repeat infringers.
