The Australian eSafety Commissioner provides online-safety education, reporting tools, and support resources. Members can visit https://www.esafety.gov.au/ and the complaints information at https://www.esafety.gov.au/industry/codes/complaints.
Caribbean Hearts reporting
Members should use profile or message report controls for member-specific evidence. The secure support form in Account Settings accepts general safety concerns. Caribbean Hearts is not an emergency service and does not monitor reports in real time.

The current service is a website for adults aged 18 and older. Native-app instructions are reserved for a future app release and are not part of this website notice.
