Colorado Safety Policy Information

Availability

New registration from Colorado is disabled pending completion of applicable filing, reporting, residency, and fraud-notification requirements.

Prohibited conduct

Caribbean Hearts prohibits harassment, sexual violence, stalking, threats, fraud, exploitation, and conduct that threatens personal or public safety, whether the conduct occurs through the website or involves someone met through the service. Members should review the Community Guidelines, Terms of Service, and Safety Center.

Reporting

Members can report a profile, preserve message evidence through member reporting controls, or use the secure support form in Account Settings. False or malicious reports may result in account action. Caribbean Hearts limits disclosure about reports when necessary to protect safety, privacy, or an investigation.

Screening and verification

Caribbean Hearts does not currently conduct criminal-background checks, sex-offender-registry checks, photo identification checks, or document and selfie identity verification. Registration requires an 18+ self-attestation, and account activation requires email verification. Those steps do not guarantee identity, criminal history, intentions, conduct, or safety.

Enforcement and review

Caribbean Hearts may warn, restrict, suspend, or remove an account based on the seriousness of the conduct and available evidence. A member may request review of an account action through Account Settings. A review request does not automatically restore access or suspend a safety restriction.

Colorado fraud notifications

The present product does not implement notifications to Colorado members who exchanged messages with a member later banned for known or suspected fraudulent behavior. Caribbean Hearts does not represent that this workflow is currently available. Colorado registration remains disabled until the workflow and its legal triggers are defined, implemented, and validated.

Support and resources

Use the Safety Center for reporting guidance and independent support resources. Caribbean Hearts is not an emergency service. Anyone in immediate danger should contact local emergency authorities.

Contact

Caribbean Hearts LLC oversees initial communications. Use the categorized Contact Support workflow whenever possible. The central business mailing address, support email, and support telephone are listed on Contact & Legal Notices. Do not send passwords, full card numbers, CVV/CVC, or unnecessary identity documents.
