European and Caribbean Privacy Supplement
Availability and scope
Registration from EEA and United Kingdom jurisdictions is disabled pending completion of regional privacy, transfer, and representative requirements. This supplement describes the controls available to existing members where applicable.
Purposes and legal bases
Depending on the jurisdiction and activity, Caribbean Hearts may rely on performance of a contract, consent, legitimate interests, or legal obligation to operate accounts, deliver communications, protect members, secure the service, respond to requests, and maintain required records. A particular activity may use a different basis when applicable law requires it.
Member rights
Applicable rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, and a complaint to the relevant authority. Members can use Account Settings and Privacy Choices and Requests to begin a request.
International processing
Service providers may process information outside a member's country. Caribbean Hearts must confirm and document the safeguards applicable to each enabled provider before registration is enabled in an affected EEA or United Kingdom jurisdiction.
Current optional processing
Google Analytics, advertising tracking, affiliate tracking, sale or sharing of personal information, and document or selfie identity verification are not currently active.
Contact
Caribbean Hearts LLC oversees initial communications. Use the categorized Contact Support workflow whenever possible. The central business mailing address, support email, and support telephone are listed on Contact & Legal Notices. Do not send passwords, full card numbers, CVV/CVC, or unnecessary identity documents.
