The Caribbean Hearts name, branding, website design, software, graphics, text, and other materials provided by the service are owned by or licensed to Caribbean Hearts and may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Permitted use

Members receive only the limited right to access and use the service under the Terms of Service. No ownership right transfers to a member. Members may not copy, sell, impersonate, scrape, frame, or commercially exploit Caribbean Hearts materials except when written permission or applicable law permits it.

Member content

Members retain the rights they have in content they submit and grant Caribbean Hearts the license described in the Terms of Service. Members must not upload material that infringes another person's rights.

Trademark status

This notice does not represent that a Caribbean Hearts trademark registration has been issued. Registration-specific symbols or statements must not be added until authoritative registration evidence is available.
