Law-Enforcement and Emergency Request Policy
Draft status
This policy is a working draft requiring counsel, emergency-response, and data-preservation review.
Emergency requests
Caribbean Hearts is not an emergency dispatch service. People in immediate danger should contact local emergency authorities. Authorized officials seeking emergency disclosure should identify the agency, official, affected person, specific imminent risk, data requested, legal basis, and secure callback channel.
Legal process
Requests must be specific, properly authorized, directed to the correct legal entity, and consistent with applicable law. We may seek clarification, narrow overbroad requests, preserve records where legally required, and notify affected members unless prohibited or unsafe.
Data minimization
We disclose only information reasonably responsive to valid process and preserve an auditable record of request handling. Production contact and service details must be supplied by counsel before launch.
