Caribbean Hearts also does not conduct universal sex-offender-registry screening, identity verification, or member safety certification. Registration includes an 18+ self-attestation and email verification; neither proves identity, criminal history, intentions, conduct, or safety.

Where New Jersey members see this notice

The disclosure is presented during registration to a person selecting New Jersey as the residence state and on member-profile pages viewed by a signed-in member whose residence state is New Jersey. Acceptance at registration is recorded with the policy version and timestamp.

Safety tools

Members can report a profile or message, block a member, submit a categorized Safety Report, and request review of an account action. Caribbean Hearts may restrict, suspend, or ban accounts and preserve evidence when appropriate. These tools reduce risk but do not guarantee another member's identity, intentions, background, conduct, or safety.

Dating-safety guidance

Protect personal and financial information, do not send money or verification codes, keep early conversations on the service, tell someone you trust about an in-person meeting, use a public location, control your own transportation, and leave or contact local emergency authorities if you feel unsafe.
